Since 4 January 2024, Charlottenstraße has been closed between Französische Straße and Mohrenstraße, as the pavements, parking areas one side of Charlottenstraße are being renovated as part of the climate-friendly renovation and further development of the Gendarmenmarkt. The entrances to the Konzerthaus can still be reached as indicated on the signs.
