Can I buy my tickets over the phone?

Yes, you can buy tickets by phone via the ticket hotline 030 – 8410 8909. When purchasing via the hotline, no shipping costs will be charged this season.

The tickets are then shipped within 2-4 working days. You can also print the tickets yourself with the “TicketFast” option.

Can I buy my tickets online?

Yes, you can buy tickets online through our website www.young-euro-classic.de. There are no shipping charges for online purchases this season.

Are tickets available at a discount?

No, there are no discounts for children, students or pensioners.

Wheelchair users and severely disabled concertgoers (in Germany holders of the ‘B’ ID card) pay normal price with a free ticket for anyone accompanying them. These tickets are only available by telephone via the ticket hotline or at the Interklassik Theaterkasse at the Hotel Melia.

The concert I want to attend is already sold out. Will there be tickets available on the door?

Yes, there are always tickets available on the door. The box office at the visitor service of the Konzerthaus opens one hour before the concert begins, and we recommend you get there as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I return my tickets?

No, for technical reasons once you’ve bought tickets, they cannot be cancelled or returned.

How much is the booking fee?

The booking of our service store Interklassik at the Hotel Melia charges a fee of 10% per ticket. The same goes for purchases made online – 10% per ticket.

How can I find a ticket office near me?

The festivals box officer is Interklassik at the Hotel Melia, Friedrichstraße 103, 10117 Berlin.

I have lost my tickets. What should I do?

If you bought them online or by telephone, then once you’ve reported them lost they can be printed out again. The ticket hotline team will be pleased to advise you on how to go about doing this.

It’s not possible to replace lost tickets purchased at box offices.

Are children allowed at the concerts?

Generally speaking, yes of course. But please note that Young Euro Classic events are usually full-length concerts, so if children are in attendance they must not disturb other concertgoers.
