This workshop teaches you how film music is made, how to work cameras and how videos are edited on the computer with the right software. By the end of the week, you will have made your own movie, produced the music for it and edited everything digitally at the computer. Everyone can watch the films at the Family Day on August 8. Just like at the cinema!

Music and stage action up close and personal – and letting the concert live on in your own words: welcome to the life of music journalist Julia Kaiser! Do you love music and like to write? Then this is for you: as a Festival Reporter, you will accompany the first half of the festival. You might be working as a team, with a partner or alone, meeting fascinating interview partners at Young Euro Classic. By August 8 you will learn to turn your impressions into intriguing text or video contributions. They will be published on the Young Euro Classic Reporter Blog!
- A first orientation meeting during which the participants develop an individual schedule will take place on Wednesday, July 28 from 10 am to 1 pm
- Location to be announced.
- Participation fee: EUR 5
Please note:
Since workshop places are limited, we are grateful for early and binding registrations; the principle is first come first served. Please note that the Summer Workshop Week takes place during Berlin school holidays. Of course we will follow the hygiene and safety measures in effect at the time, so that the children and young adults are not just well entertained, but also well taken care of. All further details will be included in the confirmation email after registration.
It will be a blast, we can’t wait!
